The Group started 2024 with a visit to The Maybush, which is situated in a beautiful spot by the river at Newbridge. The venue had been threatened with flooding during recent heavy downpours but, fortunately, the water had subsided in time for the visit. It is hoped to return during more clement weather, to see the place at its best.
